Your experience begins at 6pm with a leisurely stroll through the vineyards, glass of Wairau River's acclaimed Sauvignon Blanc in hand, while discovering the story behind the vines that have helped establish Marlborough as one of the world's great wine regions.
As the sun sets, settle in for a thoughtfully curated three-course dinner showcasing seasonal local produce, expertly paired with wines from Wairau River's premium Reserve range. Throughout the evening, Chief Winemaker Nick Entwistle will share the stories behind each wine, offering a rare insight into the vineyards, the winemaking philosophy, and the passion that has shaped Wairau River for nearly five decades.
