SELECTING YOUR STARTING HOUSE

When purchasing your tickets, you are able to choose your starting house. This will ensure that groups travelling together can start together at the same house.
Notes:
- Houses are numbered at random so choose any house as a starting location.
- Where a house says sold out, it simply means that you just are unable to start at that house. You will still be able to see that house on the tour

Our Oamaru tour offers a rare chance to see inside Dot Smith's amazing Riverstone Castle. Plus there’s a wonderful array of original Oamaru houses, from a funky 70’s renovation to a beautiful new build in the countryside. Make a weekend of it and explore the town’s iconic heritage buildings and the area’s many other attractions.

Due to popular demand and the incredible generosity of the homeowners, we are very happy to announce an additional Oamaru Tour the next day!

This year’s Christchurch tour won’t disappoint – featuring the best of the city’s clever new homes and post-earthquake rebuilds. A highlight will be Britten Stables, an ambitious and very beautiful renovation of a home that’s been part of a family’s lives for decades – it featured on Grand Designs NZ.

Explore the huge variety of homes in this popular part of the country, with its easy access to coast and countryside - visit a beautiful seaside home, a country manor with a gorgeous garden and a new build with strong architectural credentials.

Spend a leisurely day winding your way between Wairarapa’s charming towns, visiting wonderful homes along the way. There’s a mammoth renovation of a huge heritage villa, a welcoming country home with a classic garden, an interior designer’s jewel-box home (the wallpapers are amazing) and an elegant all-white new build.

This year we’re on the North Shore, visiting a variety of stand-out homes that stud the coast between Devonport and Castor Bay. Visit a jaw-dropping architecturally designed home which opens entirely to its coastal vista, an elegantly restored heritage home and others that showcase the best of interior design know-how in our biggest city.
